1. Refunding to the Original Payment Card: WePetra Jordan Taxi will refund payments back to the credit/debit card used for the original transaction within 48 hours of receiving a refund request.

2. Cheque Refund for Unavailable Payment Cards: If we are unable to make a payment back to your original card, a cheque refund will be issued in the name of the cardholder.

Please Note: Due to stricter security measures by credit/debit card providers and online banks, there may be a ‘pending’ amount on your account even if you cancel your trip. This pending amount will be refunded to your original card, but it may take longer for some banks to release those funds. If the “pending” amount has not been released after three days, please contact your bank.
